The word that Yeshua spoke when he knew the Father had a destiny for him that required great sacrifice, yet there was a human question mark in the implications of it;
“Nevertheless not my will, but thy will
be done.” And so it went...Purpose and Destiny.
Nevertheless is the project that I was born to make. This is a solo project, just like my journey of late was a solo project. No titles, no big group...this is not a pastor coming to you, this a regular man, confronted with the same challenges and struggles we all face. It took adversity to “squeeze” this deeply personal project from my soul. My experiences within the last two years battling cancer told me two things; tomorrow is not promised and when you are given a divine message to share, do it. Procrastination is deferred Disobedience. I need people to know that the God I serve can see you through ANYTHING! I have been blessed to encounter the most amazing people that He has ever created. The community of writers, singers, musicians were seemingly hurt by the effects of COVID-19, but quarantine gave us time to reflect and create. All of the music in this project was birthed out of the Coronavirus pandemic; every song was created remotely without any of us being in the same space, which says a lot about the creatives...You Can’t Stop Us. We are eternally conduits for the Divine, because even when we leave this terra firma, the work still remains. I dedicate this project to all the people affected by the virus, that you hold on to Hope, and Strength, and most importantly...Love. Nevertheless, we live on and love on.
